The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is constituted as per legal guidelines to address complaints of sexual harassment and ensure a safe working and learning environment.
Objectives

- To ensure justice in a time-bound manner
- To maintain a harassment-free campus
Composition
- Presiding Officer (Senior female staff member)
- Faculty members
- External member (NGO/legal expert)
Functions
- Accept and investigate complaints
- Provide interim relief to complainants
- Maintain confidentiality of proceedings
- Submit recommendations to authorities
Procedure
- Filing of complaint (within stipulated time)
- Preliminary review
- Detailed inquiry
- Submission of report
- Implementation of action
